Hi, I’m Ros

Secretary

Ros Linssner has called Shipton Bellinger home since 2023, when she and her husband Chris moved to the village. Drawn to its vibrancy and unique character, Ros quickly became an integral part of the community. With 25 years of experience managing the family business and a period spent in Spain running a small bed and breakfast, Ros brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership to the SNAP campaign.

In addition to her business acumen, Ros has been an adult educator for over 30 years, teaching nursing, English, and textiles. Her passion for teaching and community-building shines through in her work with SNAP. Ros is particularly excited by the enthusiasm the village has shown in the early stages of the campaign, and she’s eager to see this momentum grow.

Ros envisions The Boot Inn as a lively, welcoming space, filled with people once again. “I would love to see the pub overflowing with locals, offering a warm and inclusive welcome, providing employment for village residents, and supporting the wider community through a vibrant programme of events,” she says.

With her deep commitment to the community and her diverse background, Ros is dedicated to helping bring The Boot Inn back to life, ensuring it becomes a thriving hub for Shipton Bellinger once more.
