SNAP (Shipton Needs A Pub) is structured as a Community Benefit Society (CBS), which is a type of organisation created to serve the broader interests of the community. Unlike private businesses, a CBS is run for the benefit of the community rather than individual shareholders, meaning all profits and assets are reinvested into the community.

This structure allows SNAP to focus on the long-term welfare of Shipton Bellinger and its residents.
