Village Rallies Behind The Boot Inn – A Fantastic Turnout at the First SNAP Meeting

The first village meeting for the SNAP (Shipton Needs A Pub) campaign, held at the Shipton Bellinger Sports & Social Club on the 12th June 2024, was an overwhelming success! The turnout was fantastic, with villagers from all walks of life coming together to show their support for the campaign to bring The Boot Inn back to life.

The community’s passion and enthusiasm were palpable, as residents shared ideas, asked questions, and voiced their eagerness to be part of this exciting journey. From lifelong villagers to newer residents, the room was filled with a shared sense of purpose – restoring The Boot Inn as a community hub for everyone to enjoy.

The energy in the room reaffirmed just how vital The Boot is to the heart of Shipton Bellinger. With such a strong show of support, it’s clear that the village is united behind the vision of reopening The Boot and securing its future for generations to come.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who attended and made the evening a huge success. Your continued involvement will be key to making this dream a reality!
